Mazuma Hunt Rules

*1.1 Eligibility*

To participate in any Mazuma Hunt offered on the Site, you must: a) be a natural person, at least 18 years old; and, b) reside in a state or country that does not restrict such contests by law.

The rules governing sweepstakes, contests, and tournaments with prizes are set up by each individual state or country, and not necessarily by the federal government.

*1.2 Persons Not Eligible*

The following persons are ineligible to participate in any tournament or receive any prize offered on the Site: employees, officers, and directors of the Site, its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates; and any other person with access to non-public information regarding the operation of any Mazuma Hunt offered on the Site.

*1.3 Legality and Taxes*

You are subject to all laws of the state, province and/or country in which you reside and from which you access the Site and are solely responsible for obeying those laws. You remain solely responsible for paying all federal and other taxes in accordance with the laws that apply in your state, province, and/or country of residence.

*1.4 Information Required*

At registration, you are required to submit the following information: an alias that will be your username, a password, your valid e-mail address, first and last name, city, state and zipcode of residence, and age. The Site reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend/terminate users with offensive aliases, invalid email addresses, or failing to submit other information that is required, as indicated above.

*1.5 Accuracy of Information*

You represent and warrant that all information you supply to the Site is complete and accurate. Knowingly submitting incomplete or inaccurate information will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any prizes to which you are otherwise entitled.

*1.6 Limitations on Participation*

You may establish only one player account per person to participate in the activities offered on the Site. The Site reserves the right to monitor any effort to establish multiple accounts; in the event the Site discovers that you have opened more than one player account per person, all additional accounts will be closed without notice and continued violation will result in the termination of any and all of your accounts. The Site also reserves the right to deny access to those who use proxy servers and/or IP addresses residing in certain geographical areas outside of the U.S.

*1.7 Abuse*

Anyone who displays behavior consistent with the use of unfair methods on the Site, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to defeat game rules, shall be subject to immediate sanction (as determined by the Site in its sole discretion), up to and including account termination and blocking of Site access. Additionally, all winnings (if any) may be voided at the sole discretion of the Site.

GAME RULES

*2.1 General Rules*

In the Standard hunts, a container holding currency and an instructional card (the "prize") will be hidden on easily accessible public lands. If buried, the prize will be no more than 12 inches deep. The prize will be buried prior to the disclosure of the first clue.

A series of twenty clues will be provided at the Site on a regular basis. These clues may be solved to provide information related to the location of the prize. Members are not required to solve all of the clues in order to locate the prize. Members are not required to validate that they have solved all of the clues. Answers to some earlier clues may be needed to successfully solve subsequent clues.

The first person to successfully recover the prize and to email the serial number of the currency in the prize to ifoundit@mazumahunt.com will receive an amount equal to the amount of the currency in the hidden container. Regardless of the number of persons who locate the prize, only an amount equal to the currency in the hidden container will be awarded to the person who emails the serial number, as described above.

The person who locates the prize must establish, or have established, a PayPal account in order to receive the additional amount. Funds will not be delivered in any other fashion. Additionally, clear jpg digital photographs of the member who located the prize, and of the prize, must accompany the email. The member must also provide his or her complete postal address and full name. Postal addresses will never be made available to the public, per our privacy policy, but are required to validate the member’s identity.

By participating in the Mazuma Hunt, winning members agree to permit NovaSine to use the winner’s name, picture, portrait, likeliness, and voice for advertising and/or promotional purposes without further consideration.

Participation in the games are free. The Site withholds the right to initiate a fee for future games, however any such fees will be clearly disclosed prior to the beginning of any game.

Prizes are made up of cash amounts that are deemed as prizes. If a Hunt has not been successfully completed within 6 months of posting of the final clue, the Site reserves the right to close that Hunt. The prize for the Hunt will be rolled over to the next available Hunt and all members will be notified.

By accepting prizes, winners agree that NovaSine, its respective parents, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents should not have liability for any damage done by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes and/or participation in the sweepstakes. NovaSine reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend any Mazuma Hunt in the event that the contest is incapable of running as originally planned, for any reason.

*2.2 Winners Lists*

Information about the Mazuma Hunt Winners will be posted on the Site within 5 business days after each Hunt has concluded.

*2.3 Determination of Winners*

The results and winners of each Hunt offered on the Site will be determined by the participant who first notifies NovaSine of the serial number on the currency in the box. By registering and/or participating in any Hunt, you agree to be bound by these determinations.

*2.4 Virtual Mazuma Hunt Rules*

A series of up to twenty clues will be provided at the Site on a regular basis. These clues will assist the player in identifying the Master Quarry, which is a Person, Place or Thing, real or imaginary. These clues may be solved to provide information related to the Master Quarry.

Members are not required to solve all of the clues, however there will be a group of Key Clues that are required to be successfully solved in order to qualify to identify the Master Quarry and win the contest. Members are not required to validate that they have solved all of the clues. Only those designated within the game as Key Clues. Answers to some earlier clues may be needed to successfully solve subsequent clues.

The first player to successfully solve all Key Clues and identify the Master Quarry will receive the prize. Regardless of the number of players who correctly identify the Master Quarry, only the first player to correctly identify the Master Quarry and solve the Key Clues will earn the prize. The winning player will be determined by the Site, in its sole discretion.
